We are currently sourcing our first round of inward investment. We have applied to HMRC for Advance Assurance for SEIS to help our investors mitigate their investment risk. Due to the SEIS limit we are sourcing up to £250k in this round, to be used primarily for marketing outreach, pipeline build and customer acquisition.
Future funding may vary in timing and quantum depending on the success of the current round and the milestone achievements related thereto. Our current plan anticipiates a second round of up to £750k in 6-12 months' time, leveraging EIS relief for investors. Application for Advance Assurance for this phase is also underway with HMRC.
Our target market are users of Microsoft Sentinel SIEM. Top right Gartner Quadrant solution. Grown to second globally by market share in just 4 years. Continues to grow as adoption accelerates and older (legacy) platforms are retired / become less relevant.
Already the number of Sentinel customers is estimated to be between 2,500 and 10,000, depending on the data source. Current and future demand for skilled knowledge and resources will be solid and highly competitive for many years to come.
The founders have extensive experience in the Cyber Security, software and AI space. We have successfully completed Proof of Concepts during the bootstrap phase and have instantly evidenced significant performance improvements and cost savings.
