Is Harvey ChatGPT or Claude?

We use Azure Foundry, then have built of top with our own code.

Why have you choosen Microsoft Sentinel?

This is a good question, we believe that Microsoft has a very effective security platform, Sentinel connects with most Microsoft of external Security solutions, making it a secure option for clients.

Are you a service provider?

SecQube is an ISV, and not a provider. We simply provide the solution for clients or service providers

Are you scraping the data to another location?

The way that SecQube works, we do not scrape data, it always remain in you tenant

Does your service only support the UK and the US?

We can deploy to any Azure Data Centre worldwide. Currently we support Europe, the US, the UK, UAE and Australia

How does SecQube's platform protect our data?

A key requirement in the design of our portal was not to move data from its source. All data remains in your Microsoft tenant; our API only reads the information. If you use the ticketing and/or change management solution, this does change. However, it will remain in the same Azure data centre

Do I need a consultant to configure Harvey

Configuring the SecQube Solution is straightforward, even for beginners. We use Azure Lighthouse to connect to Microsoft, which involves running a pre-defined script in Azure. This takes about 2-5 minutes. After that, add your Azure Subscription to our portal, wait 20 minutes, and you're set!

Can we use the portal as an auto SOC-in-the-Box?

Yes. The SecQube portal can automatically alert you to an incident, and each incident is accompanied by triage steps as well as a severity level

How does the SecQube Portal help with the skills gap?

Harvey® up-skills analysts, assisting with your every step whilst engaged in threat hunting. Harvey® provides calculated answers that educate you and speed up the triage process.

Do I need to know how to write KQL?

No, not at all. Harvey will take care of the KQL for you. And will also generate KQL for you to run, if needed.

Where is my data stored?

Harvey is installed in your designated Azure data centre, and the only data not stored in your tenant is ticketing and change management.

How can I buy Harvey?

Currently, we have two ways in which Harvey can be purchased, through the Microsoft Marketplace, or if you are a Service Provider, you can purchase via our Portal.

Is it easy to cancel a subscription?

Yes, very easy and you, as the client, can manage this yourself
