SecQube Legal Disclaimer: Our Role as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
SecQube operates solely as an independent software vendor (ISV) within the cybersecurity landscape. Our primary focus is to develop and provide innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and automation of security operations for organisations. While our products are designed to support security teams in managing and responding to potential threats, we clarify that we do not offer, nor are we equipped to deliver, direct prevention or resolution services for cybersecurity threats, including but not limited to malware, viruses, or ransomware attacks.
Importantly, SecQube does not engage in the active prevention of malicious actions by individuals or groups with harmful intentions, commonly referred to as "bad actors." Our software solutions are intended to streamline operations for security professionals and enhance their effectiveness; however, they are not meant to replace specialised threat-prevention or remediation tools designed for direct intervention against cyber threats.
In summary, SecQube’s products aim to empower security teams by providing tools that enhance operational capabilities, underscoring that comprehensive cybersecurity efforts must include dedicated systems and processes explicitly designed for threat prevention and incident response.
Harvey® is dedicated to providing accurate and relevant cybersecurity information to the best of its capabilities. However, it is important to note that SecQube cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in this information. The data and insights delivered by Harvey® are sourced directly from the Microsoft AI engine integrated within Azure Foundry, meaning that all cybersecurity guidance is derived from Microsoft’s advanced technology.
Furthermore, our support AI bot, Harriet, retrieves its information exclusively from Microsoft Copilot, ensuring that the support provided is grounded in reliable, authoritative sources. While we strive for accuracy and reliability in the information we share, users should be aware that discrepancies may still arise due to the nature of artificial intelligence and the dynamic nature of cybersecurity.

4. Limitations of AI
AI-powered tools, including Harvey® and Harriet, are intended to assist with alert triage, incident investigation, and workflow automation. However, SecQube’s AI does not guarantee the prevention, detection, or elimination of all cybersecurity threats, nor does it intervene in the actions of malicious actors. Human oversight is required for all critical security decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to misuse, manipulate, or reverse-engineer AI features. AI outputs should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated recommendations before taking action.
